If you make payment and conclude the sale, and your City or Location is not listed below, we reserve the right to cancel your order and levy a 3.4% refund processing fee on the total amount paid. The refund will be made via EFT directly back to your banking account and may take 2 - 5 Business days to process.

 

ONLY Shipping to the following Major Cities / Locations is included in the sales price: Cape Town, Mossel Bay, George, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Port Elizabeth, East London, Port Shepstone, Durban, Richards Bay, Pietermaritzburg, Newcastle, Harrismith, Welkom, Bloemfontein, Klerksdorp, Vaal, Johannesburg, Witbank, Pretoria, Rustenburg, Nelspruit and Polokwane.

All shipping is handled by a third party (Fastway Couriers)

An additional fee will be charged for shipping to areas not listed above.

Delivery time: 3 - 5 Business days from dispatch

Delivery time to outlying areas: 5  - 7 Business days from dispatch

We have a five day return policy, which means you have 5 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase for the item(s).

You will be liable for the return shipping cost and a ten percent (10%) handling fee calculated as follows:

- Return shipping cost: We will quote an amount specific to the location from where you are              returning the item.

- Handling fee: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

To start a return, contact us at info@burtsway.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Once your returned item is received by us, we will inspect it and thereafter approve or deny the refund.

 

If the refund is approved, the return shipping cost and handling fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, and thereafter we will issue a refund to you, for the balance, via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) within five (5) business days of us approving the refund. You will be required to provide us with an active banking account into which your refund will be processed.

Our product is so awesome thought, you wont want to return it!

BURTSWAY warrants this product against faulty manufacture and / or defective material for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided it is used for its intended purpose and for domestic use only.

The stand should not require any maintenance. After use it is recemmended to wipe it down with a water damp cloth and dry it completely before packing away. Use of any steel wool or metal scouring pads is not recommended - this may cause brownig / rusting, even on stainless steel.

We are not a VAT vendor - VAT is not charged on your purchase.
