Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a five day return policy, which means you have 5 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase for the item(s).

You will be liable for the return shipping cost and a ten percent (10%) handling fee calculated as follows:

- Return shipping cost: We will quote an amount specific to the location from where you are returning the item.

- Handling fee: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price of the item(s) in question.


To start a return, contact us at info@burtsway.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will only be accepted at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

 

Once your returned item is received by us, we will inspect it and thereafter approve or deny the refund.

 

If the refund is approved, the return shipping cost and handling fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, and thereafter we will issue a refund to you, for the balance, via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) within five (5) business days of us approving the refund. You will be required to provide us with an active banking account into which your refund will be processed.
